My name is Andrew Brooks and I'm co-founder and VP of Channels and Business Development for SMBLive, the team behind CloudProfile. After having spent 5 years building an IT Outsourcing business, I realized that helping businesses get more customers was just much more fun then explaining to them how a ticketing system works for database failures. I live in a small New England town, and truly believe that small and local businesses are the backbone of not only the national economy, but the health of every community. Helping those businesses 'figure out' the web could even be called patriotic, or at least a good problem to solve.
